Prepare. Position. Participate. Present.
Prepare, train, and manage Sales Consultants, giving them the tools to exceed expectations. Expedite formal corporate onboarding; then follow up with professional on-site sales management, skills development, results tracking, strategic support, and performance reviews.
Position your team to boost conversion rates, and educate them on the competitive landscape. Monitor contracts, and coordinate with in-house mortgage and title capture. Observe and correct any concerns, and impart strategies to deter cancellations. Establish realtor co-op programs if necessary.
Participate in special events including Grand Opening weekends, Hard Hat previews, VIP events, and model previews. Working alongside the Community Manager, your participation in scheduled meetings is critical to strategic planning, weekly traffic analysis, target audience tweaking, and problem solving.
Present your product impeccably. Conduct formal inspections, then partner with business and community management staffs to ensure that exteriors, landscaping, models, and sales offices adhere to established corporate standards.

Your real estate sales and management credentials position you for a rewarding leadership experience. K. Hovnanian requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of five years' new homes sales experience of performing duties as described above. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
