Please Note: We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who has experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. We would love to have someone who is computer literate and has basic hand tools.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Provide service to residents
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Use company property responsibly
- Assist custodial technician when required
- Help control expenses to property
- Accurately complete information on service requests
- Ensure all common areas are clean and free from debris
- Check light bulbs and replace as necessary
- Inform Maintenance Director/Property Manager/Area Manager of any problems or concerns relating to property and residents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour
