Job Summary:

The Director of Operations at Juvly Aesthetics is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality aesthetic services. The Director of Operations will lead and motivate teams, optimize processes, and drive the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Manage and optimize the performance of various departments, including clinical staff, sales, customer service, and administrative functions.

3. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

6. Monitor and analyze financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and growth.

7. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

9. Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into the company's operations.
Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in operations management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a business unit or region in a retail or service-oriented industry (e.g., Dillard's, Nordstrom, or similar).

2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

5. Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles, with experience in driving profitability and growth.

6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

7. Proficient in using various software tools, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

8. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.

9. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.

10. Willingness to travel to different clinic locations as needed.
