Juniper is Growing! We are seeking an Associate Branch Manager for our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Team. The overall responsibility of this position is to lead a dynamic team, ensuring the successful execution of maintenance contracts, landscape projects, and client satisfaction. This multifaceted position requires a blend of managerial expertise, industry knowledge and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all training of staff members.
Develop and follows budgets while providing input in the company’s marketing and sales plan.
Work directly with Client Relations Managers to assist in sales process by meeting with potential new clients, direct involvement in the process from beginning to end as required.
Oversee all purchasing for assigned location(s).
The safety and wellbeing of employees and other people encountered on the job is always top priority. A high level of vigilance around employee and site safety is expected at all times.
Ensure all contractual and non-contractual services are being met with.
Responsible for the profit and loss of each reporting division.
Create and perform performance reviews of Direct and Indirect reporting personnel, recommend pay increases/advancements, development plans and corrective actions.
Monitor processes for accurate and timely processing of scheduling, pre-closing and closing of month-end.
Acts in the capacity of Juniper representative and develops community ties to enhance public image and the Juniper brand. Maintains positive relations with other companies in the industry and related industries.
Oversee inventory management to control and mitigate losses and allocations.
Other relevant job duties as needed
Requirements:
5 years of landscaping or service industry experience required.
3 years of managing multi-million-dollar operations required.
Valid US driver’s license (or equivalent) and meet Motor Vehicle Record verification requirements.
Experience with business accounting and profit loss statements required.
Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and
Possess or obtain CPCO (Certified Pet Control Operator) license within 9 months of employment.
BMP (Best Management Practices) certification within 30 days of employment.
Bachelor’s degree in horticulture/other related field or business management preferred.
Experience in Aspire Landscape Operating System preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
