Julie Stante DDS, PC is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Indianapolis, IN

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our wonderful team located on the NE side Indianapolis. The ideal candidate should have a warm welcoming smile and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Please only apply if you have dental experience.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Verify and update patient information in the system
- Process insurance claims and payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in dental office systems, particularly Eaglesoft, but not required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with phone systems and etiquette
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or front desk personnel is advantageous
- Excellent customer service and patient care abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
