Our privately owned practices are seeking a full-time Coordinator preferably with Open Dental experience. Our number one goal is to provide access to dental healthcare that the patient wants. Skills and Experience:

• DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Knowledge in doctor scheduling for productivity and clinical flow.
• Coordinate patient appointments with the general dentist and the specialists.
• Educate patients on recommended treatment.
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Knowledge of dental insurance to explain cost breakdown to patients.
• Provides knowledge of third-party financing to patients and educates patients on financial commitments of treatment.
• Open Dental knowledge preferred but not required.
