Our privately owned practices are seeking a full-time Coordinator preferably with Open Dental experience. Our number one goal is to provide access to dental healthcare that the patient wants. Skills and Experience:
- DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Knowledge in doctor scheduling for productivity and clinical flow.
- Coordinate patient appointments with the general dentist and the specialists.
- Educate patients on recommended treatment.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Knowledge of dental insurance to explain cost breakdown to patients.
- Provides knowledge of third-party financing to patients and educates patients on financial commitments of treatment.
- Open Dental knowledge preferred but not required.
