John A Bozic DDS is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Indianapolis, IN

Dental Receptionist:

Join our team! Pediatric dental practice of Dr. John Bozic and Dr. Zachary Bozic invite you to submit a resume for our Dental Receptionist position. Our privately owned pediatric office is located in Indianapolis and we enjoy helping children and young adults maintain healthy smiles.

Applicant must have 3 years of "hands-on" Dental Receptionist or Dental Assisting experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, texts and emails
- Schedule appointments using dental software systems like Dentrix and Weave
- Maintain accurate EMR records, dental insurance verification, payment posting and updating medical/dental history
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage details.

-Experience with IN Medicaid and private insurance is considered a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
