Qualifications: An experienced leader and human resource executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the service and manufacturing fields Strategic planner with sound technical skills and operational focus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Master’s degree or equivalent; or fifteen years related experience Proven experience in resolving conflicts and managing complex HR issues Responsibilities: Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance in accordance with the Armstrong Group’s strategic vision and business models.
