Job Description:
The Customer Experience Supervisor will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the daily workflow of the Customer Service department. A primary responsibility is to ensure that staff delivers best-in-class customer experiences and that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for developing and managing systems to track and report on customer experience metrics to continuously improve customer satisfaction levels.
