R&R Heating and A/C is looking to hire a New Construction HVAC Specialist. This position will educate and introduce clientele to their new HVAC system within their newly built home while creating long-lasting relationships through quilty and customer service. This position has great opportunities for bonuses and other Spiffs.

Details:
-Creating or completing custom literature and putting together an educational packet for the customer to be able to reference.
-Understanding how HVAC systems work and the importance of maintenance. You will be walking new homeowners through their new system in person. We can train you on all the parts of an HVAC system.
-Educating customers on air quality and determining if the installation of these systems is applicable.
-Contacting and scheduling customers.
-Closing hard cards.
-Registering equipment warranties.
-Data entry.

Requirements:
* Organization and customer follow-up will be key to success in the position
* Knowledge of the New Construction industry or HVAC
* Clean Driving record and pass a background check
* High school Diploma
* Outgoing and enjoy talking with customers
* Strong office skills such as Word, Excel and Adobe
