JR Vinagro Corporation is looking for an experienced, full time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical serves and to ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations.
Key Job Components and Requirements
- Project Billing - Experience in AIA & Progress billing
- Understanding of the Accounts Payable Invoice processing
- Experience with Project Waivers & Document Process & Control
- A/R & Collections Experience - Experience in Construction or Project Setting a plus
- Project Costing and Reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take initiative to problem solve and prioritize
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as team
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus.
- At least 2 years of related experience a plus.
