We bring learning to life through in-person, online programs and continuous development with innovative, experiential, social and formal methods of learning. Leadership Edge content covers a wide range of topics, for example: emotional intelligence, feedback and coaching, inclusive teams, and more. Through targeted open enrollment, Leadership Edge delivers the right learning experiences at the right time to managers and leaders of various proficiency levels.

Reporting into the Head of Management Design, you will partner with the team on the design, management and ongoing evaluation of programs and development experiences, ensuring that the content is aligned to current needs and anticipating the future needs in our firm. You will also closely partner with Content Management, Faculty and Learning Solutions teams to bring their experience and effectively incorporate the acquired knowledge into the content and execution of our global programs and resources.
