Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices

  • Works closely with the leadership team on prioritization of projects

Project Oversight
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all enterprise projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as development, construction, and services teams) and external stakeholders (including consultants, contractors, vendors, etc.) to drive project success and mitigate risks

  • Effectively lead change management methodology for projects to ensure adoption

Performance Monitoring
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational efficiency

  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership

  • Implement quality assurance processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry benchmarks

Risk Management
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project continuity

Team Management
  • Work successfully across multiple functions ensuring project team members are aligned and fulfill their responsibilities

  • Mentors and provides guidance through the life of a project to the project team

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and creative problem solving

Resource Allocation
  • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budgetary resources, to maximize project outcomes and ROI

  • Leverage project management tools and technologies to streamline processes, enhance communication, and facilitate data-driven decision-making

Non-essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully leading through the completion of complex projects.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing project management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
