The Vice President of Property Management is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, identifying and cultivating business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and fostering key client relationships. This executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and ensuring the long-term success of the organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.

• Market Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential competitive threats.

• Partnership and Alliances

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's product/service offerings and market reach

• Sales Leadership

  • Provide guidance to the sales team, set revenue targets, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.

• Negotiation

  • Lead negotiations for partnerships, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

• Team Collaboration

  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of business development initiatives.

• Performance Metrics

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly

•  Innovation

  • Stay abreast of industry innovations and emerging technologies, incorporating them into business development plans when applicable.

• Reporting

  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business development progress, challenges, and opportunities.

• Budget Oversight

  • Manage budgets related to business development activities, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve objectives.

• Compliance

  • Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously assess and refine business development processes to adapt to changing market conditions and optimize outcomes.

Education & Experience 

• Master's degree in related field
• Proven experience in Business Development leadership roles, including VP or similar positions.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
• Experience with budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
