Your Role
As a Rent Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for rent collection activities throughout the entire life cycle.
The first five days a resident is late in paying rent are critical to getting them back on track.
From day one you will follow the critical steps and activities that must be executed with care and accuracy.
You will ensure all rent collection activities are completed accurately, timely, and proactively with residents that are delinquent in rent payments and other charges.
