Because of new store growth in the Cincinnati Market this year, we are looking for dynamic leaders for our Nourish Coffee Shops. Check us out at jbretailcollective.com.

As a leader in these hospital-based coffee shops, you will be responsible for the overall guest experience and store operations. Most of your time will be spent actively engaging with guests and team members to help ensure our guests are 100% satisfied. As a full-time employee with JB Retail Collective, you’ll work a full-time schedule that will include day, night, and weekend shifts.
