Overview:
Join our team as a Body Shop Estimator where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and accurate estimates for automotive repairs.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damages and determine repair costs
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials needed for repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians regarding repair processes and timelines
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, work orders, and invoices

Experience:
- Previous experience in auto service management or automotive repair
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and estimating software

- Strong knowledge of automotive collisiwriting and sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to align estimates with industry standards and customer needs

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Automotive sales experience is a plus
