Job Description
Maintenance Technician (Fresno, CA)
Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 90 unit complex.
Qualified Candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all units and common areas. They will work directly under the supervision of the On-Site Manager and perform all necessary repairs and up-keep maintenance required at the complex.
Qualifications necessary are:
• Must have experience as a maintenance technician for an apartment complex (50 units or more).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for emergency calls (after hours and weekends).
• Must be able to understand and follow directions.
• Must be responsible and organized.
• Own tools a plus.
Functions to include:
• Service day to day maintenance requests.
• Turn units and make them move-in ready in a timely manner.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting duties as required.
• Report safety hazards to on-site manager.
• Comply with safety guidelines while performing tasks.
• Inventory and up-keep of maintenance area.
• Full time
Salary plus benefits.
