We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in our growth and success.

Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone and via email, understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, follow up on potential sales opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
  • Experience: 3 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in the window film industry or related sectors such as automotive, construction materials, or home improvement products. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments is highly desirable.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with window film products, including automotive, residential, and commercial applications. Understanding of the technical aspects of window films (e.g., UV protection, heat reduction, privacy, security) is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve sales quotas. Experience with consultative selling approaches, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus for dealing with international clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for presentations and meetings.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, handle customer queries effectively, and follow up on sales opportunities diligently.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing product lines and market conditions. Willingness to continuously learn about new products and technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively within a sales team, contributing to team targets, and supporting team members in achieving collective goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a large volume of customer interactions efficiently.
  • Ethics and Integrity: High level of professional integrity and ethics, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
