Overview

The IT Manager plays a crucial role in the strategic leadership team. The position requires strong leadership and coaching skills to oversee a dedicated team responsible for both systems and infrastructure and IT Application Development and Enhancement.

Responsibilities

1. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of dedicated IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure systems and infrastructure are always operational, up-to-date, secure, and well-documented.
• Implement and maintain best practices for infrastructure management.

1. Global Standards and Compliance:

• Work closely with the company’s Global IT council to define and enforce IT standards, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and Cyber Security requirements of the company

1. Technology Innovation:

• Drive technological innovation within the company, exploring new ways to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technological opportunities for improving day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives accordingly.
• Foster strong partnerships with business leaders to deliver effective technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing IT teams. 
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and application development. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
