Job Description: As a Roll-Off Salesperson at Raintree, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities within our target markets. You will work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their waste disposal needs and recommend tailored solutions. Your ability to build relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business leads within the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roll-off dumpster solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and pickup of containers.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records using our software system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the waste management or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of roll-off dumpsters, waste disposal regulations, construction industry, and local market dynamics is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation:

• Compensation for this position will be based on a profit sharing model.
