The Supplemental Staffing Unit (SSU) - L&D Float Pool Nurse is a dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing exceptional maternal and neonatal care in the Labor and Delivery units at both Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. This role requires flexibility, expertise, and a strong commitment to patient care. As a valued member of the float pool team, you will ensure that expectant mothers and newborns receive the best care during their birthing experience. With passionate and driven leadership behind them, our nurses are able to dedicate themselves to patient safety, clinical excellence, and life-long learning.
Shifts: 12 hour day/night rotating shifts or permanent night shift available

Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
