Float Pool 

Float to a variety of units throughout four-times magnet certified MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center! This is an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience taking care of a variety of patients, conditions and teams. Franklin’s Float Pool serves Med Surg/Post Surgical, Neuro Med Surg Tele, Renal Med Surg Tele, Tele, IMC, ICU and ED units.
