Status: Full-Time

Shift: Day

Hours: 40

Position Summary:

Ensure timely coordination of patient services. Process advanced orders. Effectively communicate coverage, plan of care, and service expectations to clients.

Complete service recovery and patient de-escalation when necessary. Collaborate with the team to promote home-based product offerings and services.

Education:

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Post high school education or training, preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 1 Year of experience working in a call center required.
  • 2 Years of Customer service in a healthcare environment required.
  • Familiarity with durable medical equipment preferred.

Knowledge:

  • Advanced medical terminology related to homecare industry
  • Advanced customer service principles and service expectations

Skills:

  • Effective and professional communication with customer and referral sources
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Adaptive, empathetic, and patient - positive attitude
  • Time management, priority setting & organization skills
