The Administrative Resident will have broad organizational exposure, selected by and based in a single entity or department in the system for approximately one year. The Administrative Resident is supervised by a preceptor, who is a member of the leadership team at or above the level of Director. Preceptors are committed to the development of the Administrative Resident and expected to meet weekly with the Administrative Resident and direct the day to day experience and projects. The Administrative Resident participates in a number of projects that require the resident to develop skill across the following categories: benchmarking, budget development, business planning, data/financial analysis, human resources, leadership, process improvement, project management, strategic planning, and time management.

Full Time (40 hours)
Day Shift 8:00am - 5pm
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred.
Work Experience:
6 months work experience in business or relevant field preferred.
