Johns Hopkins Medicine is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator - PART-TIME (20-30 hours) Near Baltimore, MD

PART-TIME: Monday - Friday. Flexible start and end times. 20-30 hours/week.

LOCATION:  600 N. Wolfe Street, Baltimore, MD

  • Scheduling
  • Ordering
  • Reimbursements
  • Greeting visitors
  • Process paperwork for construction projects
  • Clerical duties as necessary
  • High school diploma
  • Three years' experience in any administrtaive capacity
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft Office Programs
  • SAP/Concur - Accounts Payables and Reimbursements
  • Phone/Fax, PM Web (Willing to train), Maximo (Willing to train)
