This is not an easy job. All Johnny s bartenders are expected to learn and attend regular paid trainings, participate in monthly cocktail research and development, and participate in monthly deep cleans and team building activities. Bartenders go through an extensive training on classic and modern cocktails with written and speed tests.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to grow as a hospitality professional who is looking for a long term home (our average staff tenure is over 3 years). Hospitality experience is required and some bartending experience is preferred. All Johnny s employees are full time (38-45 hours a week) and are eligible for employer sponsored health care.
