Summary
Las Vegas Investment Company is looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our high performing team. Embark on a 90-day boot camp with a $15,000 guarantee to kick off your success. This is a full-time position that will earn you at least $100,000 annually if you follow our proven success plan. Real estate license and sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities
- Full-time position
- Dedicate 2-5 hours per day following up with leads provided by our team
- Utilize scripts provided to engage with potential clients
- Lead generate by cold calling, door knocking, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties that align with our investment criteria
- Write and negotiate offers and contracts
Qualifications
- Desire to earn at least $100,000 per year
- Willingness to follow a proven plan for success
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior real estate or sales experience is a plus
- Real estate license is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$100,000 - $200,000/year
This is a commission based position
