Our organization, a leading player in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Industrial Sales Representative to join our team
This exciting opportunity involves selling our range of industrial manufacturing products, including valves, gauges, instruments, and temperature control devices
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing their territory, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target segments.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial manufacturing sector.
Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical information and demonstrations of our product range to potential clients.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met and potential issues are addressed promptly.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our product range.
Perform contract and price negotiations with customers in a professional manner.
Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the industrial manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
Strong technical knowledge of valves, gauges, instruments, and temperature control devices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
