Position Title: Founding Full Stack Engineer
Compensation: Competitive salary ($140k - $180k) equity (0.5% - 1.0%)
Location: Austin, Texas
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our small but growing startup team. The ideal engineer for us will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excels at rapidly iterating on product development. For this role we are looking for candidates to have at least 4 years of professional software development experience (ideally proven experience in a startup) and a high level of proficiency with JavaScript/Typescript, ReactJS and Python.

Job Details
Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend engineering principles
• High level of proficiency with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript/ReactJS is preferred
• Expertise in SQL databases (e.g., Postgres) and caching systems (e.g., Redis), including optimization techniques for data storage and retrieval
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, making informed decisions that drive the company's direction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Distributed Systems
• DevOps experience, including exposure to tools such as Terraform, Grafana, or Prometheus
