We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling personal injury litigation cases for plaintiffs. The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree and at least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on personal injury cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in all aspects of discovery, including depositions and document production
- Represent clients in court and at mediation
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
- Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and guidance
- Attend hearings and other court proceedings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on cases
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- At least 1 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
