We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as generating new business opportunities through inside sales. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, with a proven track record in manufacturing sales, quoting, and packaging and labels industry. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes to customers, negotiating prices and terms as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or related field.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing sales, quoting, and packaging and labels industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
