Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners that can enhance our market position and product offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target partners, including C-level executives and senior management
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnership deals that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners and business opportunities using CRM tools
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage partnership budgets and forecasts, and report on key metrics and KPIs

This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in the enterprise SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships and business deals
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven business development strategies
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Startup experience
  • Enterprise SaaS experience
