CNC Machine Operator (Grinder)
Up to $22.00 per hour plus great benefits
As CNC Machine Operator, you will:
- Join a specialist in cold forming tool design and contract manufacturing services
- Receive industry-specific training
- Operate a CNC Grinding Machine
- Review work order, product specifications and product drawings/schematics
- Setup and adjust machines according to product/project specifications
- Initiate production runs
- Operate and monitor machines during each production run
- Submit 'first pieces' for authorization/approval
- Perform quality checks on completed work product
- Learn to perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure your area remains neat and orderly
- Uphold safety, compliance and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- CNC Machine Operation / CNC Machine Operator experience
Pluses:
- Polishing experience
- Assembly / Assembler experience
- Machining Certification(s)
- Experience running a Studder
- Grinding / Grinder Machine experience
