JLL is Hiring an Associate Project Manager Near Charlotte, NC
As a Project & Development (PDS) Associate Project Manager (APM), you will support a wide variety of task within the project management team, supporting the Project Managers. The APM should be organized, flexible and able to multi-task. Candidate must be familiar with Commercial Real Estate Project Management including program development, budgeting, planning & design, scheduling, vendor procurement, communication, records management, documentation control, invoice processing and project close-out.
What is your day to day?
Support the project management team throughout the project life cycle from Initiate to Close
Executes financial and administrative aspects of projects, such as budget, purchase order and invoice entries
Verification of general contractors pay applications and vendor invoices for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions
Provide financial reports and project status information as needed
Manage account project closeouts
Maintain project documents on internal and client SharePoint sites, in compliance with client and JLL policies
Demonstrate proficiency in project management technology
Assist with developing and updating project documentation
Collaborate effectively with team members
Other responsibilities related to the job as assigned

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
