JLL is Hiring an Assistant Project Coordinator Near Atlanta, GA
JLL is currently seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to support its Data Collection, Environmental and Property Condition (EPC) Services team. The EPC Services team performs Asset Tagging and Data Collection, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, Zoning Reports, ALTA Survey, and Seismic Reports, and partners with JLL's Valuation Advisory as a national resource of third-party inspection and valuation services. Our client base generally consists of commercial real estate owners, occupiers, servicing banks, lenders, capital markets, and real estate financing and investment sources to help them underwrite risk associated with environmental and physical condition of commercial real estate.
The Assistant Project Coordinator is an Operations role supporting JLL's Valuation Advisory - Data Collection, Environmental and Property Condition (EPC) Services team. The primary purpose of this role will be prioritizing and executing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The individual in this position will provide administrative support and help drive team initiatives.
The primary function of the role will include a combination of supporting EPC origination and production for tasks such as:
General responsibilities
Daily use of company applications, i.e., Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM, and Quire
Assist with scheduling and booking of travel for team members in the field
Perform clerical duties to include scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparation of meeting materials and notes
Complete or manage completion of various tasks determined by EPC leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred
Workplace experience, minimum of 3 years in administrative support role preferred
Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge - Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
