Jinya Ramen Bar in Overland Park is looking for a Assistant Manager that would like to join our growing franchise. Our small footprint dining room with a full bar as the centerpiece creates the perfect environment for an Assistant Manager to continue growing and developing the skills needed to run their own location as we grow our company.
We are a multi brand concept that is growing in Kansas and Oklahoma.
What will you be responsible for?
- In partnership with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, service, and hospitality.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer issues and opportunities.
- Lead and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service or retail industry.
- A strong desire to lead a team, having a fun all along the way
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment..
