Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Assist in managing and motivating a team of employees
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Supervise staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage payroll and scheduling efficiently
- Assist in shift management and maintaining proper staffing levels

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management and cash handling
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Proficiency in supervising employees and providing guidance
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Experience in payroll management and conducting interviews
- Ability to handle shift management effectively

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with price setting strategies
- Previous experience in supervising teams
