Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. Duties:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff

- Ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently

- Monitor food production and quality to maintain high standards

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees

- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service and production

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of interviewing techniques for hiring new employees

- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
