Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize sales techniques to promote and our services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's software system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Position Requirements:
- 2-5 years proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technology sales and business development strategies
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using software applications for customer relationship management (CRM)
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
