Retail Sales Associate (PART-TIME)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Connect with customers to create a warm environment and provide excellent service

• Learn about great products and how they can be utilized

• Maintain sales floor presentations

• Restock products as needed

• Handle the cash register to process transactions when needed

• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm to reflect Miniso USA's commitment to customers

• Contribute to the overall sales goals of the store

• Stock and organize new products as shipments arrive to the store

• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required

• Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team, and management

• Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Able to use a calculator to calculate percentages and ratios

• Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
