Executive Administrator
Summary Of Position:
The Administrative Management Executive reports to the CEO and is responsible for day-to-day administrative business operations, drafting policies, procedures, correspondence, as well as review of a variety of grants, documents, reports and compliance/audit data/summaries which require the CEO’s approval. The position requires excellent communications, interpersonal, editing, writing, planning and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies, work effectively and efficiently with internal and external clients, have excellent self-awareness and self-management skills, and will be proactive in identifying efficient workflows and business practices. The position requires adherence to deadlines, timeliness in preparing signature ready work products, a definitive commitment to attendance and display integrity, to ensure all support activities are carried out consistent with the CEO’s vision and agency mission and values.
