Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders

- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours

- Train new employees on company policies and procedures

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to maintain quality standards

- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment, at least 5 years.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of food handling procedures

- Experience as an assistant manager is preferred
