Job Requirements: Assistant Store Operation Managers are responsible for;
- Complete and total management of a Jersey Mikes store
- Operations including: facility maintenance, food prep and service
- Housekeeping
- Achieving store sales goals
- Exceeding quality of service
- Exceed customer satisfaction
- Achieve profit margin
- Catering
- Effective client communication for events
- Marketing
- Hiring, Training, Coaching, Holding Team accountable to goals, Associate recognition, Associate terminations
