Job Summary: This position assists in supervision of day-to-day shop operations and serves as the liaison between the customer and Service department. In addition, this position oversees workflow and schedules (shop and/or field), interviews new candidates, and provides performance input. The Service Advisor assists the Service Manager as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is fixed right the first time, and repairs are completed efficiently and when promised. This position works Monday through Friday. No weekend work.
