Aladdin Pump & Supply Company, LLC, a fast-growing business focusing on selling supplies and fittings in the oil and gas, water transfer, refinery and municipality markets is looking for a Territory Manager Outside Sales  to join our team in Alice, TX . The Territory Manager will manage and grow the customer base, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and create new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the oil and gas
• Develop new business to expand customer base and increase sales
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum of three-plus years of experience as a Territory Manager in oil and gas sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Willingness to travel as required

Work Environment

This job operates in an outside sales environment, with most travel being done daily, by vehicle. Long periods of sitting in a motor vehicle can be expected. This position is remote with an in-office option.

Physical Demands

Travel. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing as necessary. Extensive driving is required for business-necessary travel.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
