Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, leadership, budgets and multitasking.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and profitability of our operations while leading a team of employees.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of both store leads and employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and P&L to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
- Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve profit goals
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to align operations with company goals
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years minimum of multi unit management experience
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Solid understanding of profit loss analysis and financial management principles
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
