Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and support team members in achieving their goals.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
