Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve production targets
- Present comparative products to clients
- Utilize CRM platforms to update communication records
- Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues

Experience:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced role
